Help Identify Signed Enamel Glass Paperweight

Good evening

I wonder if any of you lovely people could help identify this glass paperweight.

It is dome shaped and painted with a landscape scene in an iridescent finish (maybe enamel?).

The signature appears to be the firm name and then a date and RT below.

Any help much appreciated.

Recognise the signature but can't recall off the top of my head. There's a paperweights group on FB that will have that I'd for you in five mins or less
