any information on this glass dish please - Okra Empty any information on this glass dish please - Okra

This pretty glass dish is 15.5cm across and 6.5cm tall, it is like lustre glass, there is writing on the base as shown which I cannot decipher, any help in identifying its age and origin would be greatly appreciated

Pretty sure it's Okra glass, I had a similar blue iridescent bowl
