Hello
I have this rather lovely bowl with what looks to be butterfly’s are kind the edge in a Japanese style I guess ?
It’s a really nicely potted piece with a lovely glaze but a very unreadable mark.
It’s about 15 cm diameter.

Nice bowl, decorated in the Japanese style. Possibly by a hobby potter, if the number is a running total of the pots they've made. Alternatively it might not be British since our studio potters tend to use a stamp in the Leach style, where as other countries, especially the US and Australia, tend to sign their pots.
