Please excuse my clumsy photgraphic efforts, as shown, on the base of a deep-cut front only, heavy crystal vase.
Not in doubt is the final cursive A408.
Signature reads something like Edøfalk Skrup.

By chance, I have now read about Bengt Edenfalk and his wonderful long life and career:
