Hand modelled figure in possibly porcelain, no marks - possibly Toby King

I have a model figure which I think is porcelain. The comic figure is very well made/decorated, and seated on a wooden chair. It is held on the chair with blutack. I have peeled it off the chair to check for hidden marks but none. Looks very Will Young, but I have had plenty of his bits and I don't think this is his. I think it was UK made due to the subject matter. Any ideas please?

Having had a look at some of his work I think my "Fag Break" figurine may well be one of his. The eyes in particular look like they are by the same hand! I will see if I can find any more pics to compare. Thanks again for your searching abilities!
