Please help ID signature on a tea set

I recently purchased this absolutely gorgeous tea set which includes a large teapot, a lidded sugar bowl, a creamer, eight saucers, and seven teacups.  One teacup was missing from the set—I’m assuming it was broken at some point in time.  I have been unsuccessful in determining the artist from the signature on the bottom.  Every piece is hand-signed.  I would love to know the name of the artist, so that I can research and learn about his/her work, and, hopefully, purchase a replacement cup.  Any assistance to identify the artist is sincerely appreciated.  Thank you!
