It is about 10" Has hand stamped artwork. Has an impress on the side of the foot. It looks like it may be Japanese, but it may be western studio art pottery

The rear reminds me of Purbeck pottery Portland design from Dorset

That is Not a Japanese Mark. An American studio potter with Japanese training?
