Car boot find, 50p, No marks. Any suggestions as to maker?

I have one of these too. I found some with similar lustre colouring on the Chinese wholesale websites but couldn't be sure.

It's a bit too iridescent for my liking, I don't think it will take up residence here and may well be gifted to the local Salvation Army shop.
