Trying again - don’t think my photos made it...

Hi all,
I have been trying for weeks now to find out who made this......
I think it is 1960s / 70s, possibly Scandi?
It is just an ornament, cannot see any practical use for it. I love it dearly and would like to know more about it. 
It is made of thin glass, possibly brown into a mould.
Height 18.5cm
Diameter 6 cm

I've seen similar pieces. I think they're Polish glass; c. late 90s

Hello, this is a penguin peanut or candy pourer/feeder. Not sure who made it - I have seen Pyrex suggested, but not sure.
