Help Needed - Hollow Gravy Boat

Hi all....hope you can help me get out of a pickle! I broke this and my wife is furious....It is a gravy boat. You put hot water into the open end and there is a cork that seals it and then you put the gravy in the indented part of the vessel. The water keeps it warm. We bought it in Colo Spgs CO 20 years ago and I cannot find another one to save my life. I know it came from Czech and it was made by a company that makes lab-ware. I have googled and contacted every cooking store/cookware store in the world and nobody has one. Surely there is one out there somewhere. Help me get out of the dog house.

Not much luck so far... I do know that it is a Kavalier Simax Gravy Warmer that was imported from CZ. The question is now...where to find one.
