Vintage German Bisque Animal Figures - 1960-1980's Cheap Fairings Style

Hi

I picked up this little batch recently. Normally I wouldn't bother with such things but that French Bulldog is just so ugly he stole my heart.

Assuming these do fall under bisque ware I think they are all German. Several have the moulded Germany and Serial Number around side, one with the oval base has as shown and ugmo is unmarked except for faded pencil scribbles under a paw.

Neither Goebel or Hummel I believe was there another company churning out such pieces?

I think the bulldog is earlier; maybe 1920s

I felt so but kept it quiet so I'm pleased you feel so also. He's quite the charmer really.
