Help to identify maker please

Had this many years always thought it was done by a hobbyist just checking if any of you have come across similar .

Not a mark I’ve come across before. Looks like 60s-70s style.

Thanks Naomi hopefully someone might know been doing some research nothing comes up do you see VH? As that's what I e been researching thanks again.

I don't really see that as an H because the two crossbars look like they were made separately. But then, I don't see it as anything else, either.
