This is an oil painting of a horse and despite a clear signature of MEYER and a monogram of what looks like MB or BM so B MEYER or M MEYER I have been unable to track down this artist - can anyone help me?

Hi,
I just bought an equine painting by the same artist. So the same question regarding the monogram that is identical.
Any info' regarding Meyer would be good to have, who is obviously a very gifted artist.
