Modern Turquoise Thick Mouth Blown Glass Vase

Looks nice, but that very rough base suggests modern Far-east.

I agree, dd. A few years ago I went to a house to look at some furniture. The seller was a trader who bought all sorts of stuff in bulk from China, and on a table in his garage was around 100 pieces of glass similar to the above. He told me that by buying in quantity he was paying an average of a quid per piece and was knocking them out at boot sales and markets for between £10 for the small pieces up to £30-plus for the biggest ones.
