I had one of these, if you look carefully you should find "France" moulded in the glass. I think it was fairly contemporary by someone like Arcoroc.

Thank you! I was suspecting that it was a French cobalt blue dish, and you have confirmed my assumptions. One of the swirling steps has a mark "FRANCE 17".
