please add a base photo even if there are no marks. The clay colour can give clues to its origin

Without a mark, and a fairly ordinary bottom its not possible to tell very much. Part of that large burgeoning of potting in the 1970's, when a lot of similar pottery was produced. The decorative flourish is quite nice, but not really stylistically unusual.

It will take a while to match the decoration with a known piece because of the lack of a mark.
