Its got very much of a Dart/Dartington look to it with all those strong colours. I can't really think of many of the studio potter's who use strong colours actually doing many cups and saucers. Pru Green? Victoria and Michael Eden? Longshots I would think.

the Dartington saucer has a diam of 16cm and the cup 9.5

This is 11 and 18cm, just to be awkward.
I have some Pru Green jugs, the glaze is much glossier on those in comparison. Grayshott is just up the road from me so Dartington would make sense, perhaps an unmarked second.

I could be wrong but I think Pru Green’s pots are a white earthenware rather than stoneware

Plus Dartington often decorated the base, inside the foot-rim.
