Dennis Chinaworks springs to mind but photo of the back essential even if the mark is unreadable

Either Dennis or Old Tupton Ware. Personally I don't think the quality of the decoration - as nice as it is - is up to Dennis Chinaworks standard; their tube-lining tends to be more subtle whereas in this piece it really stands out.

It could never be DCW as the colours are all wrong for starters. I would start with the assumption that it is of the period - i.e. 1900 - 1920 ish.

There were some Minton "secessionist" plates like this, never clearly marked.

I could be very wrong but I think you may be 100 years out, pp. That plate is typical of Old Tupton Ware in both pattern and colour. It's made in China to English designs and started appearing in British gift shops around 20 years ago.

It is a bit Mintony, certainly not DCW as it would say so on base, I've no idea what is on the base of Tupton, looks like a hydranger though I don't think it has any bearing on anything.

Hang fire a minute. This is what i guessed it might be.
Yes a Minton plate, but it doesn't look tube-lined, just moulded relief.
I have seen several of these plates over the years and never seen the proper
Secessionist backstamp. May well have been made around the same time though.
The date cypher is for 1911.

As you can see from the description on the link you found, it is secessionist "Style" rather than the
true "Secessionist Ware"
