The reticulated design is very similar to some of Diane Sanders' work at Broadstairs.

Thank you for that tip GG. I have a Broadstairs fish money box somewhere and didn't make that connection. Will have a closer look!

There are a few images on google of Broadstairs pots very similar to yours, but they link to the sites selling them so I can't post them. However, if you google image search "Broadstairs pottery" they're in the first 30-50 images.

I saw a couple that are cousins of this. Enough for me to be confident you are right in your assignment of this as Broadstairs. Thank you!
