I’ve come across the mark a number of times but it’s still a mystery.
Seems to be a back to front r and b. With a hand for ‘hand made’ below it

The closest mark in the Marks book is for David Rogers but it’s back to front - Edited to add, he said it's not his mark.
Looks like a 70s style of pottery
