Japanese Awaji Vase ? Empty Japanese Awaji Vase ?

Hi all

This one has had me scratching my head since i got the vase 2 years ago

Sits a impressive 50cm tall .

Has some features of Awaji but the marks do not seem to tie up

I would guess early to mid 20th century

Can anyone help please ?

The landscape motifs look Chinese
