Milk glass or opaline glass, hand decorated.
Late 19th early 20thC at a guess.

Thank you. Your information has set me in the right direction. It belonged to my grandmother who passed some 30 yrs. ago at 92. I believe opaline is the answer. Any clue who may have made it? A few more photos in the light. The leaves are raised and feel like course sand. Small white vase 20200719

It might be Czech (Bohemia).
We see lots of this sort of glass in the UK, I've never been certain where they were made.

Glass like that was also made in Bristol, England, and yes, very difficult to find the country of origin.
