I can see why Naomi suggested Ursula because of the part mark, albeit being the incorrect orientation.
However, having known Ursula for many years, exhibited her work several times and seen her personal archive that went back to work she made at Winchcombe in the 1930s I feel confident to say that she didn't make it.
I have never seen that bottle shape, that type of glaze or that type of decoration used by her.
