Can anyone read this signature?

I have this delightful oil on board picture of house in water. It is probably just a tourist piece but I think it is charming. Does anyone have any idea of who, what or where? Many thanks

Hello, probably Thailand - stilt houses like this are common there. Can't help with the signature though.

I'm not sure it was ever meant to be a legible signature.
