Crackle glaze elephant & ducks bowl. Japanese? Signed

10” bowl, crackle glaze.
Hand painted elephants and ducks.
I think it’s thrown but I can’t be certain. It has 3 stilt marks.
Signed. My guess is Japanese, fairly modern. Am I near?
