Three pronged small vase/bowl thing (I love it)
Hello all
Hope everyone is staying safe and also sane.
I wondered if anyone can tell me about a small glass vase/bowl sculpture. I bought this recently because I love it and it's perfect for my air plant (which I seem to be able to grow). I know it's not valuable and probably junk, but would love to know anything about it (I can't see any makes on it).
Thanks Anne

Unfortunately the photos only open to thumbnail sized pictures so I can only guess at comparisons with other Art Glass pieces, but has similarities to Japanese art glass, and to Coquille vases designed by Paul Kedelv for Flygsfors

It is a form that has been made for over 50 years by many different manufacturers in different countries and so I would imagine that it would be difficult identify precisely. Does the base show any scratching, signs of wear?

Hi all
Thanks for replying and sorry for the delay in responding. The base is flat and no marks but a lot of scratches from wear and tear etc etc. I'll try and upload a decent size photos. But I'm defo not a technical person.

The colours and quirkiness of it do have me thinking 'Japanese', but that's a bit of a guess.
'Japanese' does seem to have become my default response lately to things I'm unsure of, in the same way that 'it might be Czech' was a year ago!!
