Her work is included in the Duke of Devonshire Collection at Chatsworth house, so I'm in good company for once! I'll bet that the Duke didn't fimd his pots in a charity shop for £2.99.
My piece of Braganza is from her Shimmer' series, based on traditional Indian metal vessels. The pots from this series are unglazed. Instead, coloured slips were applied in layers then sanded back after firing, finally being polished to give an impression of old burnished metal. This pot is approx. 10" high and wide but less than 2" at its thickest point.
I could almost shave with that edge!
