Hello All Glass Lovers!
Some time ago I was this carafe in Warsaw.
Great but I have no idea what it could be? Condition is great. I found the number 16 hand written at the base of cap and base of main part. Maybe You could suggest? Much thanks!

The number 16 is to match the ground stopper to the ground neck of the decanter.
