help with commemorative charger please

Hi everyone, well it’s big 13” in diameter! I would say it’s a commemorative item.

Difficult one. There are not many clues as to the maker. Where was it purchased? As often this sort of big commemorative item was commissioned and made locally.

Hi philpot, my first thought was Italian due to Della translation being 'of the'. Now I guess its a name of a child daughter etc. Its a pretty good thing really and would have taken some skill to make I would say. I will hang on to it for while to see if any thing appears in the local press for an anniversary or similar.
