Brown clay modern Chinese Yixing teapot Empty Brown clay modern Chinese Yixing teapot

I am going to show my lack of knowledge of oriental pottery - a fact I must really remedy.
Teapot is unglazed, carved landscape on one side, inscription on other.
Mark on base and underneath lid.
I’m thinking Chinese? Tourist fare or something better?

Chinese Yixing pottery. Traditionally unglazed clay and these days concentrating on tea ware. I don’t know what date this one is but I’d guess latter half of the 20thC as it still has the tie on the lid & handle
