Hi

Despite the glaze colour I would have thought more a Polar Bear form.

Base seems to have the name Clark incised but I could not fin the potter.

Could that read OZARK? There seems to be an American pottery of that name on Google. Although given the earthenwareclay looks an iron rich West country one I think that is a huge long shot!

The Bear’s shape is typical of native Canadian & US stone and pottery pieces.
