Labelled DELFTS WIT & JK - Harvey Knox, Japan Empty Labelled DELFTS WIT & JK - Harvey Knox, Japan

I have a figurine with a clear paper label to the base which has a tulip or flower design with the words DELFTO WIT and a serial number and a monogram which looks like JK.  With this paper label I thought it would be easy to trace but I cannot find any information about this - can anyone help or enlighten me please.

Harvey Knox of Japan. It is somehow related to Goebel, that's all i know. The sticker is likely an import label.

It actually says Delfts Wit=white Delfts, whether it is or not.
