Well potted, white body, not sure if it’s a porcelain or stoneware piece.
Flowers maybe cherry blossom
2 impressed marks. Can’t see them in book.

A bit like the DM monogram of David McDowell of Lacock pottery, and David Metcalf’s Mark, but not in a diamond shaped stamp, and I’ve not come across the second mark before.  May not be British
