Definitely NOT Jacques Blin ... again?

Here is another, perhaps slightly more humble, example of what I see as a possible Blin inspiration ... again, this was bought in France. And I think that because it appears to be marked "Bruno" it might be French. I read the markings as:
5 (plus something like an ampersand or an 'e' then under it an equal sign)

This is a delightful piece of 'outsider' art ... in my view!
Size? 8.5" by 8.5"
Can anyone give me a clue? I will try it on the French pottery site tomorrow too.
