First obvious thought is a couple of letters missing at the front. Wellow? Tollow? Or no doubt something else.

If that little divot on the footrim is the start of the word then it’s a bit longer than that Shrugs

I should have thought of that! thought of that! It was a lovely little pottery running from the mid 70's to the mid 90's in a Cambridgeshire village right on the edge of the fens. There is a lovely book available from Amazon written by the owners describing the development and running of the pottery
