Studio bellarmine maybe Russel Sydenham? Empty Studio bellarmine maybe Russel Sydenham?

Small 8” , crude face, a lot like later 17th C ones. Well thrown. Phallic type impressed mark
I swapped this for a hat at Glastonbury Festival in about 1989 from a man selling them there.
I was offered a much more detailed one by Russel Sydenham recently and I was wondering whether this could be an earlier one of his.
Any ideas?
