Porcelain vase. J mark - Jewels Williams-Peplow

I think the mark could be a J in a square but it may be a T? - love the black speckles and the rough middle, can anyone help me identify the potter?

She uses an agateware technique. Is it a surface decoration or a strip of clay incorporated into the body?
