Sorry to disagree Dan, but I don't think it is. I have a Stoneshill piece in front of me, and the Marks book as well. The SP of Stoneshill is substantially different from the mark here. Much more free flowing, the S in particular is much more free flowing.

We’ve had the mark in the OP before, and there was the suggestion it was either by Maltby or possibly by Michael Cartwright, Spike Pottery, so unless anyone asks either of them to verify it, it’ll still be in doubt.
Maltby did have two or three versions of his Stoneshill Pottery stamp, so it could still be one of his.
