Tile Panel, probably from a table top as it's a double sided design. Pheasant's with wax resist decoration. Signed Rowina. Any ideas please.?

These are lovely, I quite envy you.
Not sure whether it is the same person, but the decoration (with some of her work) looks very similar in style to that on your tiles.
