Blue Murano glass vase Signed but unrecognisable .. help please

Nice cobalt blue ovoid form vase
with vertical silver foil bands.
The top rim is quite unusual as it is folded back flat against the shoulders of the vase.

Bares a standard type gold n red murano label
Signed to the base but i cant make it out.
