I think it’s a student piece. DC would be the potter’s initials, and TU TH might be the days they’re in class. When I did a pottery class we were asked to put the day on so the kiln operator knew which ones to fire.
If it’s IDed then check sold listings on eBay for an idea of value.

Ah yes that makes sense, thanks! I had a feeling it wasn't from a known potter but I like it so much I was hoping was worth a bit. If it has a low value I'll probably look to find more like it to start a little pottery village, rather than sell it! Cheers
