No, I’m afraid it’s not Dartington.
The central motif points to Italian Pottery so it may be from somewhere like Deruta or Florence. Latter half of the 20thC . The lack of a mark may mean it was bought directly from the pottery while in holiday. Anyway, without a mark that’s my best guess. Someone may have other ideas of its origin
