SCANDINAVIAN ART POTTERY?? Empty SCANDINAVIAN ART POTTERY??

Anyone shed any light on this creation? Height 6 1/2". Has a combination of thick matt and gloss glazes... Maybe a porcelain body, but heavy.
There does seem to be an artists signature of some kind, but hard to make out ?R?

I usually set mine to 640 px on the drop down list (but then again, Dan, your thumbnails are the other extreme)
