ID help, Dark glazed,with beautiful gold embossing and colour detail

Any help with information on this item I've inherited. It's pale blue inside,the dark glaze is deep purple. I have more photos but couldn't attach sorry. Thank you very much for any ID.

is that tube lined decoration?

Looks like it to me. Wisteria pattern. Quality piece. Art Nouveau period imo, but I don’t recognise the Marks

The marks look like decorator's marks to me, i.e. the 2 painted ones. The impressed marks are likely to be shape and/or date marks. Therefore I don't believe there is anything on the bottom that is going to indicate the pottery where it was made. I think it will be necessary to fine something similar from a known pottery.
