Looks like an Art Deco design from the 1920s-30s. Might be a Roseville or other Art Pottery US factory from that period, but without a mark it's a matter of searching google images and trying to find a match

I’ve added the base photo. Unfortunately it’s not a match. The vase majority of quality Art Pottery is fully marked on the base. Or at least has a matching foot rim and spur marks . And yours looks molded, where as pieces like Rhead’s look wheel thrown
