Colourful vase - Wellow Pottery
Hallo all.
This is a nice little (5" tall and 3" diameter) multi-coloured vase.
It may be my imagination, but I feel I can see some indication of the maker on the base. It may just be the swirl of the clay from when it was being made, but I fancy I can see an 'S'...or maybe a 'J'. Does anyone else see this, or am I simply sinking into senility a little quicker than I should like? Does anyone recognise the make or 'mark'?
Thank you.

Re: Colourful vase - Wellow Pottery
Many thanks Naomi, well spotted.
I've had a 'rummage' around the net and most Wellow items seem to be 'cute' animals: do you know whether the vases are earlier?
Regards
Jack
