Glaze test marks? Any spark of recognition? Empty Glaze test marks? Any spark of recognition?

I love this vase, and I will be just as happy with it being made in an evening class, but just out of curiosity, does anybody recognise the design at all?  The mark is simply oR3. Thanks in advance 🙂

I don’t think it’s a glaze test but I suspect it’s by a competent hobby potter. Possibly an RH monogram and ‘03 date
