No, not one of Maltby’s, although possibly from the same era @1970s
I’ve cone across it several times but not managed to ID it yet.

No. John Maltby did sign his work sometimes it was always Maltby in capitals or lower case. He never used a shorthand signature like this. Plus it does not look much like his glazing.
