Maybe a Staffordshire flatback? The inner part looks hand moulded so might be quite early. I'm no expert though.

Unfortunately the Staffordshire collectors group said no. It’s a shiny porcelain with a blue-grey tint which is more common on the Continent

Is that orange stuff on the base just a dirty mark or was it formed during manufacture? That raised white enamel paint i see a lot on oriental porcelain, but it was probably used else were too.

Sadly no mark. I was expecting an inscribed number like the German fairings but unfortunately nothing there
