What company made this Art Glass vase? Empty What company made this Art Glass vase?

Does anyone have insights into the maker of this elegant glass vase? It is nicely proportioned with subtle satin glass finish. Hand created, it is about 18" tall and 3" wide at the base. The bottom is hand etched with the markings TU 892 55  2006

There is a signature hand etched on the lower rim. Difficult to read. Maybe NAG or Art, G
